Dr. Matsuo Shinro has been involved in internal medicine since 1991. We
have been engaged in medical care for malignant tumors and endocrine disease,
including cardiovascular diseases and respiratory diseases. In order to
lead a healthy life without developing a life-threatening disease, it is
important to treat the cause of the disease, and to detect the disease
early and treat it as soon. We believe that taking scientlifically proven

Our clinic offers consultations for both acute and chronic medical conditions
in adults and children. For children we also offer wellness checks and
routine childhood vaccinations. Primary health care for adults includes
preventive health care. We offer comprehensive physical examinations. Travel
health consultations are also available.
Be sure to bring a referral letter if you have visited other hospital with
the same symptoms. It is better for doctors to exchange information directly
with each other.
The president and administrative staff coordinate with a wide range of
local hospitals to ensure that our patients get the care that they need
at best and most appropriate facility.

Matsuo Medical Clinic is lacated in Hirakata-shi, Osaka Prefecture.
Your First Visit
We will require you to submit medical information in advence and judge
wheter we are able to provide the requested medical care or not. We can
only accept the medical information in English or Japanese.
In order to reduce your waiting time, we ask patients to make appointsments
prior to your visit. Even if it is your first time visit, please make an
appointment. Especially if you are insured by a private insurance company,
please contact us in advance. If you would like to use international private
insurence, you need to inform them and get a pre-authorization letter from
your insurer. Otherwise you have to pay the full amount of medical expenses
at the cashier counter and file a health insureance clim after your visit.

Advance Fee
The advance fee is 30000 yen and should be paid by remittance inadvance.
In case of acceptance, we will inform you of your appointment date and
physician in charge. When coming to the appointment, 30000 yen will be
deducted later from incurred medical cost. The advance fee will not refunded
if you do not come here.
Shinro Matsuo wrote a chaptor of PET/CT for large vessel vasculitis. This book describes the application, basic knowledge, and typical lesions
of FDG PET/CT images. This book is available online. Based on this achievement,
we could go forth to improve our speciality and to foster nuclear medicine
professions for the next generation.
A book called "Clinical Nuclear Cardiology is published as Bentham e-book. The editor in chief is Shinro Matsuo,
M.D. This book is composed of recent progress of nuclear cardiology. When
it is bought from the website, this book would be useful for daily practice
of all physicians and scientists interested in this field.
Shinro Matsuo worked as one of the editors of Official Journal of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Cardiology "Annals
of Nuclear Cardiology".
